1. Why do you need to visit the bank to get the facility of internet banking? Because the bank will help you to get the facility of internet banking and just having a bank account doesn't mean you automatically have internet banking access.


2. Why do you need to enter the details of the recipient? So that you don't send the wrong money to someone else


3. When will the funds be processed? Right after you click 'confirm' or 'make a payment' button.
